With great sympathy over your loss, we send love and prayers to Doug’s family. He dedicated his life and kindness to his family, friends and sports. His devotion to Linda’s illness and his following of his children and grandchildren was most important. It is a pleasure to have had Linda and Doug as lifelong friends to Cliff and I as we joined them on ballfields and community events. Prayers.
So sorry. Prayers 🙏🙏 and comfort for the family.

Kim ,Rodney and Brian…we were sorry to hear of Doug’s passing. He was truly a great guy. I enjoyed working with him at JUH. Ben and I use to talk to him about baseball, his grand daughter playing softball, fishing and Brooklyn when we would run into him at the grocery store. Sometimes we would spend 30 mins or more talking. He will be missed. Our thought and prayers will be with you during this time.

Anytime I’ve envisioned Doug it was in a team uniform and with a baseball bat in hand, ready to strike. He was one of the good ones in Butner. Sorry for your loss.
