“E.P.” Albert Williams, Jr.
“E.P.” Albert Williams, Jr.,67, passed away Wednesday, April 13,2022 at Duke University Hospital in Durham.
E.P. was born in Granville County on December 11, 1954 to the late Epluribus Albert Williams Sr. and Inez Elliott. He retired from Murdoch Developmental Center after seventeen years of service and he worked for GFL (Waste Industries) for the past five or six years.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 16,2022 at 2:00 PM at Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford officiated by Pastor Jeremy Quiest. Burial will follow at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery in Rougemont.
E.P. is survived by two brothers, Harold Williams (Brenda) of Creedmoor and Lyn Williams (Kathy) of Rougemont; one sister, Barbara Tilley (Gerald) of Timberlake and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by one brother, James Albert Williams and one nephew, Jimmy Lee Williams.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 16,2022 from 12:30-1:45 PM at Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford and other times at the home of Lyn and Kathy Williams at 5160 Clayton Rd., Rougemont, NC 27572
Flowers are kindly accepted or memorials may be made to Bethany Baptist Church at 245 Bethany Church Rd., Rougemont, NC 27572.

We are so sorry to hear about E P he was such a sweet kind hearted man .
I am so sorry to hear about E. P. passing. He was a good friend to me and to Mike. He will be missed.
EP worked closely with the Nursing and Health Services departments for several years at Murdoch. He was dependable and highly respectful of the individuals we served as well as nursing staff. He went above and beyond to help us, especially in inclement weather. So sorry for your loss.
