Arnold N. Showers
Arnold N. Showers, 83 years old of Raleigh, NC formerly from Friendsville, PA went home to be with his Savior, Jesus Christ on Friday, March 18, 2022 at home.
Arnold was born in Wayne County, NY to the late Nelson Showers and Ruth Tallman. Survived by his wife of 63 years, Barbara (nee Palmer) Showers. Also survived by his children Brenda (Showers) and John Tyson, Janet (Showers) and Camillo Ottaviano, Chad and Judy Showers, Ronald and Sue Showers. Preceded in death by his grandson, Michael Ottaviano. Survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Arnold was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from Eastman Kodak.
Arnie is the same man as you remember.

Chad and family, your family in Christ grieve with you and are praying for you all to receive God’s comfort and peace in this time of mourning.
Arnie was a great person to get to know on Stanley Lake. He was the lake’s historian and watch dog. He will be greatly missed this summer. I always enjoyed our talks from the water to his swing chatting about stuff on the lake. Rest In Peace Arnie.
Mom and I send are deepest sympathy. He will be missed.
