In 1989 I met Lonnie Faircloth, on Camp LeJune NC. It was a Marine Corp Ball. I was with my husband. Later on they were both sent to Desert Storm together. When I came back from NJ with my son, Lonnie was the first one to hold him. My husband was coming later. Lonnie was always loving to both of our children, and proud of them. He was the life of our family. Even when he got on my nerves some times. He will always be in our hearts and prayers and all his family and friends. Lonnie , Pete and my husband were like brothers. No matter where they are in life or death they will always be brothers. I will miss you coming by to go hunting. And staying at our house. May God watch over you in heaven.

Lonnie, I always enjoyed working with you in Butner. Could always trust you. I haven’t seen you in a few years, but was glad to finally see you a month ago and chat.
