Dan Norwood
Dan Norwood, 79, of Creedmoor passed away Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Hock Family Pavilion.
Dan was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. He worked for himself as a carpenter until he was sixty-two and then continued to work doing jobs he loved until his health began to fail.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of fifty-eight years, Ann Norwood; a son, Russell Norwood (Kellie) of Creedmoor; two granddaughters, Devin Jones (Garrett) of Sanford and Dana Norwood of Apex and one sister, Lucille of Oxford. He was preceded in death by his son, Doug Norwood, five sisters and six brothers.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Olive Grove Baptist Church officiated by Dr. Steve Pierce and Pastor Dan Hill.

We are sorry to hear of Dan passing. He worker for us over 25 years building porches ,decks sun rooms and all kinds of repairs. We could always depend on him to do the job right. He will be miss. Our prayers are with you
