Leonard “Lenny” Frank Cufalo
Leonard “Lenny” Frank Cufalo, 61, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2021 at his residence in Oxford, North Carolina.
Lenny was born on April 19, 1959 in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Santo and Katherine Cufalo. He attended high school at Connetquot High School in Ronkonkoma, New York where he met his high school sweetheart Diane. Lenny and Diane were married in 1980 and later moved to Oxford in 1982. There, Lenny spent most of his career at Harris Auto Service, Pallet One, Steve’s Lawn and Garden and Creedmoor Forestry. In his spare time he enjoyed wood working, target shooting and spending time with family and friends. He always enjoyed a good Pig Pickin’. He was a kind and loving person to all and he never met a stranger. Lenny had a smile to remember that brought great joy to the many lives he touched.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 40 years, Diane Cufalo; his daughters, Jennifer Carpenter (Michael) and Kathryn Clary (Chris); his grandson, Thomas Brantley Clary and his sisters, Antonia Cufalo and Francine Ciancimino (Ron). He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private family services will be held at a later date.

He was so very special to me, I will miss our great conversation.
Lenny was one of the friends that you remember. He worked on my son’s CJ5 many times and it was always a treat to be around him. He will be missed.
