I worked with Jason at both the state and then we came to the FCC Butner about a month apart. He was always someone who could make any one laugh, and it was always fun to reflect over our past years. He always had a story about his daughters who he was very proud of and bragged about. He loved his daughters very much and you could tell. He was also always a dependable work partner and had pride in doing a good job. He was a very good person through and through. He will certainly be missed. I will have his daughters, family, and friends in my prayers.

Jason was our neighbor several years ago. When they moved in Julia and Olivia were very young and I watched them grow. But their Daddy was always there for them, taking his family to church on Sunday, taking them to the mall. They always seemed so happy together. I met Abigail who was a little older, but again the father-daughter was always there. I know these girls will miss him, but have such happy wonderful memories. Thank you Lord for sharing this beautiful family with us. God grant you eternal rest Jason, thank you for touching so many lives.

Our son, Mitch, is an inmate at FMC Butner. We were so very sorry when he called to tell us of the sudden death of Henderson. We had become acquainted and considered him our friend, as did Mitch. We always looked forward to his friendly greeting as we visited Mitch each week! It usually was something to tell us what a fine young man that Mitch was and was something funny that always cheered us up! Mitch told us many times how much he and other inmates liked and thought of Henderson. We will never forget Henderson and how much he helped us and our son cope with our the time.
Our condolences and prayers to all the family, especially his daughters, that we could tell he loved so much.

I knew Jason from the work . He use to always tell me how beautiful my hair was. He was a pleasure to work with and a real class act. He had a vibrate personality and a care free attitude. No matter what was going on around him ,he just carried on with life; as it if to say, I don’t care, I’m going to live my life. I was saddened to hear of his passing. My condolences go out to his entire family especially his daughters . He spoke of them constantly . R.I.P Jason ….. Good ‘ ole FMC Butner crew and days.
