Martha Payne Maxwell

Martha Payne Maxwell, 75, of Granville County passed away Friday, November 6, 2020 at her home.

Martha was born in Greer, South Carolina to the late James Fred Payne and Edna Rosalee Manley. She was a member of Greer Church of Christ and was a cosmetologist and former employee of Lemforder for several years.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Tami Arledge of Greer, SC and Angie Koon (Reggie) of Greer, SC; a granddaughter, Natasha Blake of Wake Forest; a grandson, Cody Lawrence of Greer, SC; three great-grandchildren, Kristen Waters, Pacey Blake and Nathan Lawrence; a niece, Melissa Nolt and two great-nephews, Austin Moore and Jose Echeverria. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Maxwell; a son, Bryan Blackwell and a brother James Payne
