Charlotte Faye Price Dickerson

 

Charlotte Faye Price Dickerson, 78, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020 after a lengthy illness.

Charlotte was born on March 28, 1942 in Granville County to the late William Ernest Price and Etta Day Price. She was of the Baptist Faith and attended New Horizons Baptist Church. She was self employed and retired from Lenox China.

A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 2:30 pm at Meadowview Memorial Park by Reverend Norman Talley.

Surviving are her sisters, Mattie Lou Hancock of Oxford, Wilma Elliott of Smithfield, Ernestine Chambers of Timberlake, Cathy Taylor of Timberlake; a very special companion Tubby Watson and many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters Helen Poole, Annette Eddins, Brenda Self; brothers, Bernard and Elbert Price and her late husband Robert Gray Dickerson.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 19, 2020 prior to the service at Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford from 1:00-2:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude PL, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.

    Ernestine, Cathy and Family. Mike and I were so sorry to see where Charlotte had passed. We just spoke of her yesterday when Ernestine came by the house. We did not know until just now when we saw it online. I know she will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers to you at this difficult time. God Bless You All
