Sally Rives Long Pruitt

 

Sally Rives Long Pruitt, 81, passed away Monday, September 7, 2020 at her home.

She was a native of Granville County and was the daughter of the late John Floyd Long Sr. and Lillie Dell Breedlove. She was a homemaker and a member of Rehoboth United Methodist Church, 2951 Old Watkins Rd. Henderson NC 27537.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM ,Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Rehoboth United Methodist Church by Reverend Will Breedlove and Reverend Bradley Martin. The services will be live streamed on Eakes Funeral Home website.

Surviving are her husband Carroll Pruitt of the home; a son, Dale Pruitt (Sandra) of Oxford; a sister Hazel Ramsey of Oxford; a granddaughter, Harper Pruitt and a grandson, Scott Pruitt. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary L. Rogers and Janice L. Hayes and four brothers, John Long Jr., George W. Long, Jimmy Long and Tony H. Long.

Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Rehoboth United Methodist Church.

Eakes Funeral Home will be observing social distancing for all services and asks everyone in attendance to wear a mask.
