Susan, David, Leslie and family. So sorry to hear of your loss. Mel was a good man and I thought the world of him. Seems his passing was pretty fast and I hope he did not suffer! Hope to see all soon, Yours in mourning, Robert (Bull) Holloman

Mel was our neighbor across the street. When we moved in 5 years ago, he immediately offered up that we should come to him if we ever wanted to borrow any tools. I could see his kindness. I enjoyed our mailbox conversations, where he would tell me stories about his wife and family. He will be missed.

My sweet nieces and nephew, I am so sorry for this difficult time. My earliest memories include Mel coming to date Bev. He was a big brother to me, way more than a brother in law. I am blessed to have had him in my life.
    Love you all.

Dear Lesley, David, and Susan, I’m so sorry for your loss. I too remember your Dad (and your mom and you guys) living across the street. Although these memories are decades old now, they’re laced with the kindness and welcome that made your house feel like a second home when we were so small. My thoughts are very much with you during this time of loss and grief. Amy Allen
