Dillard was a man of integrity. He had great sense of humor, very smart and practical. It was always a pleasure working with him. I remember the twinkle in his eyes when he was about to say or do something hilarious. I will hold you and the family in love, knowing his physical presence will be missed, but my goodness, what wonderful memories.
I was totally stunned to hear this horrible news. Dillard was loved and respected by all his co-workers in the BOP. I think Ms Duke summed it up very well. The world has lost a good, good man. I am so sorry for your loss Dorothy, and you have my deepest sympathy.
